Description

Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the Old Man of the Mountain Revitalization Fund Inc., d/b/a Old Man of the Mountain Legacy Fund to work cooperatively to memorialize the Old Man of the Mountain at Franconia Notch State Park. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2018. No State Funding.
