Description
Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, Glencliff Home, to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with MatrixCare, Inc., Bloomington, MN, in the amount of $50,376 for the purpose of hosting, operations support, and maintenance of Glencliff Home’s Electronic Health Records management system. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Other Funds
