Authorize the Division of Education Improvement to hold three organized meetings entitled “New Hampshire Problems of Practice Innovation Meetings” with Focus, Priority, SIG and SWIFT Schools at the dates and locations as detailed in letter dated December 2, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $52,416.25. (2)Further authorize to enter into retroactive sole source contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated December 2, 2015, to speak/facilitate at three Innovation Meetings, in an amount not to exceed $46,960. Effective retroactive to November 6, 2015 through May 12, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
