Authorize the Division of Career Technology and Adult Learning to amend a sole source contract with various medical consultants by adding the vendors as detailed in letter dated December 16, 2015, (originally approved by G&C on 6-24-15, item #156), for the purpose of conducting disability determination medical decisions, increasing the price by $439,560 from $1,693,124 to $2,132,684. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
