Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to amend item #8, originally approved by G&C on September 8, 2015, by extending the end date from December 31, 2015 to June 30, 2017 to accept and expend Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for DR-4006 May 2011 floods, DR-4049 October 2011 Snowstorm, DR-4065 May 2012 floods and DR-4139 July 2013 floods in the amount of $2,237,568 for the implementation of cost effective mitigation projects. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on December 18, 2015.
