Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the City of Dover for the purchase and installation of equipment to support and enhance the community’s local Emergency Operations Center for a total amount of $56,612. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
