Description

Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a contract with NIIT Technologies, Atlanta, GA, for the purpose of replacing the legacy Criminal History Records Registry and Sexual Offender Registry with up-to-date functioning software, in the amount of $474,000. Effective retroactive to May 1, 2015 through March 31, 2018, with the option to renew for two additional years. 100% Federal Funds.
