Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Early Learning NH, Concord, NH, to provide oversight, management, administrative and project support to NH’s Early Childhood Advisory Council now known as Spark NH, in an amount not to exceed $75,000. Effective January 1, 2016 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through December 31, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
