Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail and Transit to lease a 6,800 square foot parcel of State owned land located on the Manchester & Lawrence Railroad corridor in the City of Manchester to the City of Manchester and per the Long Range Capital Planning and Utilization Committee to waive the annual lease fee and the one-time administrative fee of $1,100. Effective upon G&C approval.
