Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.M. Piper Inc., Plymouth, NH, for bridge rehabilitation work on the bridge that carries US 302/NH 10 over the NH RR in the Town of Lisbon, on the basis of a low bid of $486,738.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $48,673.85 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
