Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Hi-Way Safety Systems Inc., Rockland, MA, for installation of warning and intersection signs and upgrading existing warning signs located on horizontal curves on two-lane state maintained roadways throughout District III to improve safety, on the basis of a low bid of $436,574.92. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
