Authorize to enter into an amendment to a sole source agreement with the University of NH, Institute for Health Policy and Practice, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-5-13, item #86), to develop additional quality and calculation measures for the Adult Medicaid Quality project, by increasing the price by $49,915 from $7,022,452 to $7,072,367. Effective upon G&C approval through the original end date of June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
