Description

Authorize the Bureau of Population Health and Community Services, Maternal and Child Health Section, Home Visiting Program, to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment with Social Solutions Global Inc., Baltimore, MD (originally approved by G&C on 9-19-12, item #57), to provide the State with a hosted, secure, web-based home visiting software system which includes support and maintenance services, by increasing the price by $76,847.75 from $257,277.25 to $334,125 and extending the contract completion date from September 30, 2015 to March 31, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
