Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Winterset Inc., Belmont, NH, for bridge rehabilitation on the bridge carrying US 2 over Israel River in the Town of Jefferson, on the basis of a low bid of $1,173,473.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $117,347.35 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through November 18, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
