Description

Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Cannon Mountain, to enter into a sole source addition of Schedule #8 to the previously approved Master Lease Equipment agreement with International Financial Services Corporation, Libertyville, IL (originally approved by G&C on 12-9-09), in the amount of $393,216 for the 41-month lease of one new Prinoth Bison TW. Effective December 1, 2015 through May 1, 2019. 100% Ski Area Funds.
