Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a contract with J.P. Macdonald Services, LLC, Georgetown, MA, for Phase 2 of Ground Accessible State Fire Tower Upgrades, in the amount of $84,420. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $13,000 to cover any unforeseen costs necessary. Effective upon G&C approval through August 1, 2016. 100% Capital Funds.
