Authorize the Bureau of Assessment and Accountability to enter into a sole source agreement with the College Board, New York, NY, to administer the SAT assessment in grade 11 to ensure a continuation of assessment services to meet federal and state law, in an amount not to exceed $613,272.45. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016, with the option to renewal for up to one additional fiscal year. 27% State, 73% Federal Funds.
