Authorize to finalize the determination made by the Commissioner that on September 17, 2015 Melanie Beauchemin, a Registered Nurse at the NH Hospital sustained an injury in the line of duty and due to hostile or overt act, or an act caused by another during the performance of duties which are considered dangerous in nature. Effective upon G&C approval.
