Authorize to exercise a renewal option and amend an agreement with Bethany Christian Services of New England, Candia, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1-27-14, item #32-A), for the provision of a community and Faith Based Initiative to Support Resource and Adoptive Families, by increasing the price by $100,000 from $100,000 to an amount not to exceed $200,000, and by extending the completion date from December 30, 2015 to December 31, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
