Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for DR-4026 T.S Irene, DR-4095 Hurricane Sandy, and DR-4105 February Snowstorm in the amount of $1,200,143 for the implementation of cost-effective mitigation projects. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
