Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Becton, Dickinson and Company, Sparks, MD, for the purchase of reagents and other consumable system supplies needed to perform laboratory testing of diseases using the BD Probetec and the BACTEC MGIT 960 instrument systems, in an amount not to exceed $285,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020. 18.9% Federal, 81.1% General Funds.
