Description
Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with DCC Development Corporation, Hampton, NH, which shall provide courtroom and office space for the 10th Circuit – District Division – Seabrook comprised of approximately 4,873 square feet located at 130 Ledge Road, Seabrook, for an amount not to exceed $74,748. Effective November 1, 2015 through October 31, 2016. 100% Transfer Funds (transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
