Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to transfer funds in the amount of $4,500,000 from the Turnpike General Reserve Account to budget and expend revenue for the design, testing, installation and consultant oversight of the NH E-ZPass Back Office for the Division of Operations. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2106 and the amount requested for the FY 2017 budget. (2)Further authorize to enter into a contract with Cubic Transportation Systems Inc., for design, testing, installation and maintenance services for the operation of the NH E-ZPass Back Office for the Turnpike System within the Division of Operations, in the amount of $51,889,724.83. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021 with the option to renew for up to 3 additional periods of 3 years, but not beyond June 30, 2030. 100% Turnpike Funds.
