Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an agreement with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc., to perform the second phase of a turnpike transportation system upgrade along 3 miles of the F.E. Everett Turnpike (I-293) through Exists 6 and 7 in the City of Manchester, for a total amount not to exceed $2,321,800.21. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2017. 100% Turnpike Funds.
