Description
Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a contract with Warren D. Fitzgerald, Ph.D. and Associates, P.A., for the provision of pre-employment psychological exams of law enforcement personnel, in an amount not to exceed $47,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017, and may be extended for one two-year term. 16% Turnpike, 69% Highway, 11% Transfer from Other Agencies, 4% Navigational Safety Funds.
