Description
Authorize the Division of State Police to accept $60,000 of federal funds from the US Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, National Institute of Justice for the purpose of reducing the backlog of cases within the State Police Lab. (2)Further authorize the Division of State Police to accept $90,000 of federal funds from the US Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, National Institute of Justice for the purpose of disrupting the connections between the heroin suppliers and the local street distributors. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% Agency Income.
