Description
Authorize the Bureau of Visitor Services to enter into contract agreements with the two distribution companies, as detailed in the letter dated April 23, 2025, at no cost to the state, to provide distribution of Program Participant’s publication to our Safety Rest Areas/Welcome Information Centers. Effective upon G&C approval for the period July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030, with the option to renew for an additional one-year period. No state funds are required.
