Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Families in Transition, Manchester, NH, to provide a permanent housing program to facilitate the movement of 10 homeless individuals and families to stable housing and maximum self-sufficiency through the Federal Continuum of Care program in an amount not to exceed $99,543. Effective October 1, 2015 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through September 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
