Authorize the Office of the Long Term Care Ombudsman to hold a two day educational workshop, “Dementia Beyond Drugs: Changing the Culture of Care”, for long term care facilities and staff on December 10-11, 2015 at the Common Man, Plymouth, NH. (2)Further authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with The Eden Alternative Inc., to provide the two day educational workshop and coordination, for a total cost not to exceed $40,000. Effective upon G&C approval through January 31, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
