Authorize to enter into agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated August 10, 2015, to provide dental treatment to adults age 60 and up in need of early or immediate intervention and who lack financial resources. No maximum client or service volume is guaranteed. Accordingly, the price limitation among all agreements is $27,886. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
