Authorize the Bureau of Materials and Research to enter into a contract amendment with Pathway Services Inc., Tulsa, OK, (originally approved by G&C on 6-30-09, item #229), to extend the vehicle warranty, software licensing, software escrow, Omnistar satellite subscription, and to provide Quality Control data services, by increasing the total amount by $209,386 from $1,450,900 to $1,660,286, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2015 to September 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
