Authorize to amend a sole source contract with the University of NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-12-14, item #18A), to provide website enhancements for the State’s HealthCost website in connection with the initiative to improve the health insurance premium rate review process and transparency related to health insurance premiums and medical care costs in NH, by extending the end date from September 30, 2015 to September 30, 2016. No Additional Funding. 100% Federal Funds.
