Description
Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Historic Sites to amend a sole source contract with Lionel Cloutier Construction d/b/a LM Cloutier Construction, Groveton, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10-1-14, item #31A), for additional repairs to the terraces, buildings, and fire tower at Weeks State Park, by increasing the amount by $120,000 from $80,000 to $200,000, and by extending the completion date to June 30, 2016 from September 30, 2015. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $10,000 to cover any unforeseen issues that may arise. 100% Conservation Plate Funds (Agency Income).
