Authorize the Bureau of Special Education, Office of Student Wellness, to enter into a sole source contract with Evergreen Evaluation and Consulting Inc., Jericho, VT, to conduct the evaluation of the New Is The Time Project Advancing Wellness and Resilience in Education State Education Agency grant in an amount not to exceed $169,648. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016, with the option to renewal for up to two additional fiscal years.. 100% Federal Funds.
