Authorize the Bureau of Special Education, Office of Student Wellness to exercise a contract renewal option with Evergreen Evaluation and Consulting Inc., Jericho, VT (originally approved by G&C on 8-5-14, item #79), to conduct the evaluation of the NH Safe Schools and Healthy Students Grant, in an amount not to exceed $224,960. Effective October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
