Authorize the Bureau of Special Education to enter into a Cooperative Project Agreement on a sole source basis, with the Institute on Disability, University of NH, Office of Sponsored Research, to provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities and their families to develop leadership skills, in an amount not to exceed $30,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
