Authorize the Division of Career Technology and Adult Learning to retroactively grant funds to Southern NH Services Inc., Manchester, NH, to provide English as a Second Language classes at the Latin American Center, Manchester, NH; English for New Americans at the First Congregational Church, Manchester, NH; and to provide Adult Basic Education and English as a Second Language classes in the Seacoast area, in an amount not to exceed $308,329.75. Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. 35% Federal, 65% General Funds.
