Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to establish 4 temporary part-time class 050 positions for the purpose of providing training and technical assistance directly to NH school districts and their stakeholders in support of the NH Department of Education’s grant entitled “Developing Capacity to Improve Emergency Operations Plans in NH”. (2)Further authorize to accept and expend a sub-grant from the NH Department of Education in an amount not to exceed $85,000 for the purpose of assisting in completing the scope of the US Department of Education grant above. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2015. 100% Agency Income. Fiscal Committee approved.
