Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the Department of Environmental Services, to support the Flood Hazard Program, which provides support for two full-time personnel and associated benefits necessary to support the program of conducting assessments and providing technical assistance to communities for the identification of river-induced public safety hazards in NH, in the amount of $224,936. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
