Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Ray’s Electric Inc., Berlin, NH, for the Jericho Mountain Bathhouse Replacement, Berlin, for a total price not to exceed $572,000. (2)Further authorize the amount of $22,500 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, Capital Clerk, for oversight and engineering services provided, bringing the total to $594,500. (3)Further authorize the amount of $22,500 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $617,000. Effective upon G&C approval through May 20, 2016. 50% General – Capital, 50% Federal Funds.
