Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Meridian Construction Corp., Gilford, NH for the Littleton Readiness Center Addition and Alteration, Littleton, NH, for a total price not to exceed $1,649,061. 100% Federal Funds – Capital Budget. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $48,328 unanticipated structural expenses, latent conditions, or owner initiated changes, bringing the total to $1,697,389. The contingency funding, totaling $48,328 is subject to the availability of federal funds as requested, through project change orders, which must be made by the NH Army National Guard to the National Guard Bureau. (3)Further authorize the amount of $70,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $1,767,389. Effective upon G&C approval through June 17, 2016. 100% Federal Funds – Capital Budget.
