Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Pine Brook Corporation, Kittery, ME, for the Raymond Bisson Renovations, Rochester, NH, for a total price not to exceed $1,050,319. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $40,000 for unanticipated structural expenses, latent conditions, or owner initiated changes, bringing the total to $1,090,319,000. (3)Further authorize the amount of $45,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $1,135,319. Effective upon G&C approval through March 18, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
