Description
Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a Special Use Permit (SUP) agreement with Overland Summer Camp, Inc., Williamstown, MA, for use of various State Parks during the summer season and accept payment in the amount of $3,474 for upfront SUP fees. Effective upon G&C approval for the period June 30, 2025 through August 6, 2025. (2) Further authorize to accept payment of 5% of the Permittee’s gross permitted revenue of which is projected to exceed $10,000 to be eventually collected and will be determined after the 2025 season. Effective upon G&C approval.
