Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for DR-4006 May 2011 floods, DR-4049 October 2011 Snowstorm, DR-4065 May 2012 floods and DR-4139 July 2013 floods in the amount of $2,237,568 for the implementation of cost effective mitigation projects. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2015. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
