Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an agreement with Dare Mighty Things LLC, Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4-8-15, item #28), to include a provision to expand the team of lead trainers, customize curriculum with a clinical focus, and provide accreditation for course materials, by increasing the price by $69,593 from $232,146.19 to an amount not to exceed $301,739.19. Effective upon G&C approval through the original end date of June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
