Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing agreements with multiple vendors as detailed in letter dated July 27, 2015, (originally approved by G&C on 6-20-12, items # 96, 97, 99-110, 112), to increase the scope of work to improve current services and to expand capacity for new services for substance use disorder treatment and recovery services statewide, by increasing the price by $280,000 in the aggregate from $26,663,129 to an amount not to exceed $26,943,129. Effective upon G&C approval through the September 30, 2015. There is no change to the completion date of December 31, 2015 for the remaining scope of work in the agreement. 100% Federal Funds.
