Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into an agreement with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc., to study and prepare preliminary engineering plans for the rehabilitation or replacement of the General Sullivan Bridge carrying pedestrian and recreational traffic over Little Bay between the City of Diver and the Town of Newington, for an amount not to exceed $291,531.41. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2016. 100% Turnpike Funds.
