Authorize to enter into a contract with Compass Health Analytics Inc., Portland, ME, to assist the Department in its development and execution of market conduct examinations to verify that health care insurance premiums are accurately developed based on filed and approved rates in compliance with requirements, in the amount of $65,000. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
