Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Kang Company, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services on May 22, 2024) for janitorial cleaning services, by increasing the price limitation by $112,686 from $237,314 to $350,000 and no change to the contract completion date. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027.
