Authorize to budget and expend the prior year balance forward funds in the Safety Division’s Gas Pipeline Carriers accounting unit, in the amount of $15,000 to fund travel and training required by the US Department of Transportation’s Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2015. 100% Other Funds.
